You'll know the Vacant Crown by the deep purple haze that clings to it. This 30,000-HP Apex is the leech court made flesh: stand near it and your screen washes to grey, blurs, and your health bleeds away while the King heals off you.
Battle Plan
- ›Never stand in the aura. Its King's Toll drains everyone within ~10m and heals the boss — fight from the edge of that ring and back out to reset your screen.
- ›It blinks. Hit it hard and it teleports away, so don't tunnel-vision the spot it was standing in — expect it to reappear and swing.
- ›It has a per-hit damage cap (600). One giant crit nuke is wasted on it; steady, sustained fire from a team melts it far faster than burst.
- ›Bring a squad. Between the leech aura and the blink, a lone fighter just feeds it health.
Tip · The moment your vision goes grey and blurry, you're inside King's Toll and losing ~5 HP a tick while it gains 20. Step out immediately — distance is the only cure.
Drops the Apex Spoils crate (SNE signature weapons, Adaptive Components, full ward kit, riches) and pays a Survival Coin to every player who damaged it.
